Patrick Saccocio has been a practicing attorney since 1989. Patrick heads the firm’s civil and criminal litigation department and practices in the areas of domestic violence and assault, commercial litigation, employment law, and personal injury. Prior to entering private practice, Patrick was an Assistant District Attorney with the Westchester County District Attorneys Office.
He graduated from the College of William and Mary School of Law in 1988. Prior to attending law school, Patrick attended the State University of New York at Albany, where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science. Patrick is admitted to practice in New York State, the U.S. Northern District of New York, the state of Arizona, and the state of California.
Patrick’s in-depth experience having spent his entire career as a litigator and trial attorney often contributes to the representation of our clients in estate and trust litigation matters. Aspects of trial such as jury selection, evidentiary rulings, and cross-examination skills can play vital roles in determining the outcome of any litigated matter. As an asset of our Trusts & Estates Team, Patrick is often utilized for specialized roles to provide our clients with the best possible representation and a chance for victory in the courts.
